Shipping policy

Everything at Keepsake Nest is printed to order after you check out. Production typically takes 2–5 business days; in the busy holiday period it can take longer.

Estimated total delivery time to US addresses is 5–10 business days from the day you order. Pet portrait canvases and mugs are painted from your photo first, so please allow 1–2 extra business days for the painting and proof approval before production begins.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas 2026: please order personalised ornaments by December 9 and pet portraits by December 7 (proof approval included) for delivery by December 24. Orders placed after those dates may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it.
