Care instructions
- If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.
How it works: upload your pet's photo and add their name using the fields on this page, then check out as normal. We paint your portrait in our warm oil-painting style and email you a proof to approve before anything is printed — nothing goes to print until you're happy with it. Clear, well-lit photos give the best result. If you check out with Buy It Now or Shop Pay, the upload fields are skipped — just email your photo to mrchristopher81@gmail.com with your order number instead.
Christmas delivery: order by December 7 (including proof approval) for delivery by December 24. Portraits are custom-made, so they can't be returned for a change of mind — but if yours arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace or refund it (see our Refund Policy).
